Responsibilities:
The Divisional Senate Assembly shall have the duty and is hereby empowered to act on behalf of the Irvine Division of the University of California in the transaction of all business not specifically delegated to other agencies of the Division.
Effective Date of Legislation
Bylaws and Regulations enacted by the Divisional Senate Assembly become effective immediately upon approval by the Division or Divisional Senate Assembly members present and voting, unless an alternate date of implementation is approved by two-thirds of the Division or the Divisional Senate Assembly members present and voting.
