Summer Session Courses

Courses modified for the more concentrated summer session need SCOC approval if there are changes in the course specifications other than an appropriate adjustment of class meeting hours per week or a change of instructor.  An example is Spanish 1, which is approved as Spanish 1A-B-C for the academic year and Spanish S1AB-BC for the summer session.

Instructors in charge of summer session courses must hold the same academic titles as those required for regular session offerings.
